Mr. and Mrs. Austin Amos Wed 60 years

Austin Snyder Amos and Sarah "Sadie" Elizabeth Garrett, married Dec 31, 1885 so this article would have appeared in 1945.

Their children were Cora Estelle Amos, Anne Amos, and Arthur Amos.

These photos and article are from my Great-Grandmother's scrapbook. Sadie Garrett was her aunt. Only Cora and Annie Amos are identified in the photo to the far left so I am purely guessing that the man is their brother Arthur. Cora was born in 1886 and died in 1958. Arthur died before 1954.

Austin Amos born 19 July 1859, died June 29, 1954

Sadie Garret Amos born 6 August 1860, died 12 Sept 1948. Both are buried in Washington Cemetery.
